Job summary

W4 is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager in Los Angeles to join our sales team. The role offers opportunities for industry experience, personal growth, and working with a growing client base.

Responsibilities include coordinating campaign optimizations, month-end stats, and revenue opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration with finance, production, and affiliate teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in digital marketing account management
• Understanding of online advertising principles
• Excellent communication skills with strong aptitude for Excel, Google Docs and PowerPoint
• Ability to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Contact clients for campaign level optimization and tracking issues/requests
• Contact clients for month’s end stats and A/R issues
• Contact clients for additional campaign opportunities
• Interface with finance, clients and production team in facilitation of client/campaign paperwork
• Interface with Affiliate Managers to generate traffic on managed campaigns
• Find and execute instant revenue opportunities on managed accounts
• Submit creative requests and handle campaign approval requests
• Submit and communicate internal traffic requests and results
• Coordinate with Account Executives and Account Managers to create customized sales plans for incremental revenue
• Up-sell/Cross-sell on suggested company services based on team feedback
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication
