Job summary

Future Today Inc. is seeking an entry-level sales professional to join as a supporting member, helping bring our CTV/AVOD/FAST portfolio to market and work closely with senior Account Executives to grow agency and brand-direct relationships.

Ideal candidates have some exposure to media advertising and strong interest in developing relationships with holding companies and regional agencies. This is a remote role ideally based in the East Coast tri-state area.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of ad sales, media, sales planning experience or entry-level agency/media experience.
• Background or coursework in media, advertising, communications, or related field preferred.
• Interest in developing relationships at holding companies and regional agencies.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to build reports in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Account Executives in selling Futures Today CTV/AVOD/FAST offerings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of targets, contacts, and opportunities.
• Assist with plan-building, RFP responses, media plans, and proposals.
• Nurture relationships with agencies and clients to grow revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of streaming media landscape and reporting.
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline reporting for management.
• Support Direct IO and PMP/PG opportunities research and coordination.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations on campaign management and recaps.

The Role

We're looking for an early-career sales professional to join our team as a supporting member, helping bring our unique portfolio to market and working closely with senior Account Executives to grow agency and brand-direct relationships. This is a great opportunity to build a foundation in CTV/streaming media sales and contribute directly to the company's revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have some exposure to media advertising and a strong interest in developing agency and client relationships. This is a work-from-home role, and we're ideally looking for candidates based in the East Coast tri-state area.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Account Executives in evangelizing and selling Future Today's CTV/AVOD/FAST offering and ad products.
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and opportunities, and assist in researching new prospects.
• Assist with plan-building, RFP responses, media plans, and proposal development under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help nurture relationships with investment, strategy, and digital agencies as well as clients.
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the streaming media landscape.
• Assist with forecasting and pipeline reporting, and help communicate business opportunities to management.
• Support the sales cycle for Direct IO and PMP/PG partners - helping with prospecting research, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination on active opportunities.
• Work closely with the Ad Operations team to support campaign management: reporting, optimization, upsell opportunities and billing.
• Prepare sales materials, decks, and campaign recaps to support the sales team.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of ad sales, media, sales planning experience or entry-level agency/media experience.
• Background or coursework in media, advertising, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in developing relationships at holding companies and smaller regional agencies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; comfort working with data and building reports.
• Eagerness to learn the streaming/CTV and programmatic advertising landscape.
• Exposure to kids' media or programmatic advertising is a plus, but not required.
