Deephaven Mortgage is seeking a JR Wholesale Account Executive to grow and nurture mortgage broker relationships in the assigned territory. You will explain our process and benefits, while supporting a senior account executive to close new business.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong prospecting skills, tech savvy, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-starter with ability to generate new ways to prospect business.
• Willingness to learn mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Technology savvy and quick to learn new software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid call script and follow-up methods.
• Make daily outbound calls with quality conversations.
• Generate new broker applications.
• Listen to broker needs and provide solutions with Sr. Account Executive.
• Help generate new business and revenue with the Sr. AE.
• Adhere to training plan and meet performance metrics for the first year.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory industry standards and requirements.
• Provide daily and weekly updates to the Sr. Account Executive.
• Recommend additional products/programs to assist growth and profitability.

As a JR Wholesale Account Executive, you will develop new relationships, explain our process, our success, and the benefits of working with us.
