Job summary

Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive growth in the non-QM space. This role focuses on building and maintaining mortgage broker relationships, presenting pricing, and delivering Deephaven's product suite to wholesale partners.

You will make outbound calls, answer scenario questions, coordinate with operations, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting volume targets. The role offers remote work and a commission-based earning potential, with comprehensive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing and sales procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and account development skills.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Answer loan pricing and scenario questions.
• Work closely with operations to resolve any issues.
• Work with partners to assist in account development.
• Manage client expectations and develop trust.
• Manage tracking and reporting of monthly volume and loan quality.
• Remain up to date with regulatory industry standards and requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of interpersonal skills, positivity, be a quick learner, and be able to take Deephaven’s process, products, pricing, and service to the wholesale broker marketplace in a confident manner.
