Havas Creative is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to support the assigned account management team with day-to-day operations and project coordination. The role involves preparing materials for meetings and maintaining comprehensive status reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Candidates will develop knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape, conduct competitive tracking, and handle meeting notes and meeting invites as needed.

• Coordinates agency and client schedules and sends meeting invites when asked.

• Develops well-rounded knowledge of the client's business and the competitive market to support assigned team.
• Delivers well-thoughtout competitive tracking and analysis to internal teams.
• Ensures that all materials are prepared in advance (printed, etc.) for both internal and client meetings.
• Creates weekly status reports of all ongoing projects, and is able to speak to each project both internally and with the client.
• Takes detailed meeting notes and distributes a meeting recap tp involved stakeholders.
• Coordinates agency and client schedules and sends meeting invite (if asked).
