Job summary

Strong communication and organization help manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Current enrollment in a related degree program is preferred, with familiarity in AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the estimating, marketing, and operations departments and staff
• Attend pre bid meetings and site visits
• Work with team to develop estimates and respond to bids and proposals for existing and new clients
• Make phone calls and email to trade subcontractors for scope and proposal reviews
• Quantity take offs and develop scopes of work from drawings and specifications
• Attend in person and onsite meetings
• Other tasks as needed for operations and estimating departments

What you will do:

What you will need to be successful:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam) is a plus.
• Good communicator
• Organized and detailed
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Able to drive a vehicle for work purposes
