Digital Media Management in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Social Content Producer (Temporary) to support our Talent division and assist Senior & Supervising Producers.

Ideal candidate is passionate about social media, TV/film and entertainment, with hands-on video editing using iPhone apps like CapCut and Edits, strong writing, and a knack for spotting trends.

Qualifications

• Experience editing videos on iPhone apps such as CapCut, Edits and InShot.
• Strong written and verbal communication and research skills.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook) and related channels.
• Excellent copywriting with an engaging writing style.
• Interest in entertainment and current events; activism/social justice awareness is a plus.
• Experience working with talent (film/TV actors or reality stars) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create original, engaging social content for multiple high-profile celebrity talent.
• Post approved content and engage with talent audiences while preserving voice and accuracy.
• Manage a social calendar, assist with strategy, and help develop new ideas for each talent.
• Ideate and assist with social media activations and content capture (remote and on-site).
• Stay up to date on digital trends and provide recommendations for talent participation.
• Report weekly social media observations and help compile monthly recap reports.

Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are currently seeking a Junior Social Content Producer, Temporary to join our growing Talent division, and offer support to our Senior & Supervising Producers. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, television/movies, and/or the entertainment industry.

• Create original, engaging social content for multiple high-profile celebrity talent
• Post approved content and engage with each talent’s audience and related accounts while maintaining the talent’s voice and a high level of accuracy
• Manage a social calendar, assist with the strategy, and help develop innovative new ideas for each talent
• Ideate and assist with social media activations and content capture (both remote and on-site)
• Stay up to date and in the know on all things digital, including trending formats (e.g. TikTok trends, Twitter trending topics), and help provide recommendations for talent to participate when appropriate
• Report weekly observations on social media analytics and growth, and assist with compiling monthly recap reports

• Experience video editing using iPhone apps such as CapCut, Edits & InShot required
• Strong written and verbal communication, great research skills, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines while multitasking on several projects
• Working knowledge of - and ideally experience professionally managing - social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook at minimum, with other platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. a bonus)
• Excellent copywriting skills, creative with a descriptive and engaging writing style
• Digitally fluent and able to identify trending topics as they emerge
• A strong understanding of activism / social justice topics and current events as pertains to social media
• Experience working with talent (especially film/television actors and/or reality stars) strongly preferred

• M-F: 9am-5pm PST
• Must be located in the Los Angeles area
