Job summary

Digital Media Management, a Keywords Studios company, is seeking a Social Content Producer (Temporary) to join the Talent division in the NYC area on a project-to-project basis. You will build strong client and talent relationships while overseeing campaigns, titles, and talent with on-the-ground social-first ideation and content capture.

The role requires creating content for social platforms, managing timelines and logistics, plus collaborating to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media content capture or strategy, entertainment preferred.
• Experience with public figures or in production.
• Strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent relationship building and communication, able to read a room and pivot quickly.
• Able to develop and maintain timelines, strategies, and the many moving parts of a campaign.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media content using an iPhone, including photos, short-form videos, Stories, and Reels.
• Capture authentic, on-brand moments in real time, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform-specific content formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business issues, strategies, initiatives, priorities and expectations.
• Lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of the project including management of timelines, deliverables and logistic.
• Provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives and ensure your team member has what they need to complete the tasks at hand.
• Create & maintain relationships with talent and production onsite, being a resource for social media strategy and optimization.

DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are currently seeking a Social Content Producer, Temporary to join our growing Talent division on a project to project basis in major cities. We are looking for individuals in the NYC area.

The Social Content Producer will assist in building and maintaining an excellent client and rep/talent relationship while maintaining high level oversight of campaigns, titles, and talent. The role will be responsible for on the ground social first ideation & content capture. This role acts as the liaison between the social producer/client/production and leads overall talent and social content strategy for assigned titles, talent and/or brands.

Your Impact

Your Experience

• At least 4 years of experience working in social media in a content capture and/or strategy position, entertainment preferred
• Experience working with public figures and/or in production
• Experience in social media analytics and reporting
• Strong relationship building and communication skills, able to read a room and pivot quickly as needed
• Ability to develop and maintain timelines, strategies, and the many moving parts of a campaign
• Experience capturing content for short form video such as TikTok/Reels, editing in real-time on an iPhone for social media using apps such as CapCut, Edits & InShot

Availability

• M-F: 9am-5pm EST
• Must be located in the NY tri-state area

$64,350 - $71,560 an hour

The salary range for this role is $64,350 - $71,560 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
