Senior Technical Recruiter @ Innovative Systems Group | IT recruitment

This is an entry level, sales support position. This position is mostly remote but will require occasional office visits. This position is a 2 year contract role & requires a glider assessment prior to being submitted to the position.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour on a w2.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates pricing and contracting for sales team across many different departments.
2. Responsible for efficient and accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information.
3. Stays up to date with utility requirements and provides technical support to stakeholders.
4. Communicates clearly and concisely when interacting with others verbally or via email.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
5. Capable of maintaining confidentiality.
6. Demonstrates flexibility, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to learn with a strong attention to detail.
7. This is a fast-paced and teamwork environment and requires the ability to work under pressure and daily deadlines.
8. Bachelor’s degree is not required, but preferred.
9. Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus for this role.

Prefer candidates within commutable distance of an office (Baltimore, Houston, Chicago, Boston, DePere, Louisville) for occasional in-office presence.
