Job summary

A leading staffing and recruiting company is seeking a Mid-Senior level professional to support Sales activities in the East Region. Responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support.   • Responsible for supporting all Sales activity across the East Region.
  • Manage client communication and coordination regarding open positions, candidate interview scheduling, and consultant details.
  • Perform administrative operations for vendor-managed programs, supporting Account Management responsibilities.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming calls from job seekers and clients.
  • Provide customer support to Sales staff.
  • Set appointments and meetings for Sales staff.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to Recruiting and Account Management needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
