Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a motivated Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Solutions team in Coppell, TX. This entry-level role supports Sales, Guest Services and Operations, helping keep Salesforce reliable and user-friendly across locations.

You’ll assist with user setup, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and data integrity while learning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and CPQ through hands-on tasks and onboarding materials.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Exposure to Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hospitality/entertainment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to internal Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with user setup, permissions, and security for all staff.
• Help update page layouts, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Maintain clean guest and operational data; run deduplication and imports.
• Support onboarding materials and training sessions across teams.
• Participate in UAT and validate changes before go-live.

Job Description:Dave & Buster’s is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Solutions team in the fast-paced world of eatertainment—where food, fun, and memorable guest experiences intersect. This entry-level role is perfect for someone ready to kick off their Salesforce career and help support our growing Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CPQ.
