Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Platform Operations in Coppell, TX to lead the teams responsible for core infra, cloud platforms, networking, and identity services. You will guide modernization efforts, set standards, and partner with Architecture and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable enterprise platforms.

You will manage Azure operations, drive reliability, and mentor engineers while shaping long-term platform strategies in a high-availability production environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud ops, or platform operations.
• 3+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• Deep hands-on design, implementation and support of enterprise infra.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise networking.
• Windows Server administration and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Experience in highly available production environments and incident management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
