Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join the Digital Solutions team. This entry-level role kicks off a Salesforce career and supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CPQ across locations.

You will work with Sales and Operations to ensure the platform runs smoothly, empower internal users, and maintain data quality while learning the latest Salesforce features in a fast-paced eatertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional Salesforce administration experience or related academic projects.
• Interest in CRM systems and how technology enhances guest experience and operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Exposure to Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially cross-functional work.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality/entertainment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce end-user support for Sales, Guest Services, and Operations teams.
• Assist with user setup, permissions, and security controls.
• Help update page layouts, fields, and reports/dashboards to improve efficiency.
• Support data integrity through deduplication and basic imports.
• Aid in onboarding, training materials, and documentation for Salesforce users.
• Participate in UAT and validate platform changes before go-live.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates relevant to our eatertainment space.
