In this role, you will greet guests, assist with cake selections and custom orders, operate the POS, and wrap/pack cakes with precision. You’ll keep the shop tidy, stock supplies, and support daily operations to ensure guests leave smiling.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a pleasant, polite manner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to lift 10–20 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities
