Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check, as condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Inspect scaffold material and job site for defects and hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigation steps prior to construction.
• Transport and erect scaffold components to required dimensions.
• Hoist materials and secure scaffolding to structures for stability.
• Ensure proper securing and leveling of scaffold components.
• Adhere to OSHA, site, and company safety rules during erection and navigation.
• Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding and dismantle when instructed.
