Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding at our Eastover site. You will work on industrial projects across several sectors, following safety protocols and company standards.

We require a Journeyman Scaffold Builder with 3–5 years of experience, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Competitive benefits and ESOP participation are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Journeyman Scaffold Builder with a minimum of 3-years or more of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Determine scaffold types and inspect site and materials for safety hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigate risks before construction; transport and erect scaffolding.
