Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Builder to perform construction, assembly, maintenance and dismantling of tubular scaffolding on industrial sites. A minimum of 3 years of scaffolding experience is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role involves working at heights, following OSHA and site requirements, inspecting materials for hazards, and coordinating with the crew to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of scaffolding experience.

• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, maintain and dismantle tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Inspect scaffold materials for defects and safety hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigate risks with the crew.
• Transport and position scaffolding materials and secure structures.
• Perform final inspection and dismantle scaffolding as directed.
