Job summary

CoolSys is conducting an evergreen requisition in Phoenix to continuously hire skilled professionals for our HVAC and refrigeration projects. This program builds a pool of qualified candidates so that when a need arises, recruitment is faster and smoother for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities include piping cooler boxes and refrigeration cases, installing pipe hangers, welding copper pipes, and assisting the foreman on the job. A strong background in construction and refrigeration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade or technical classes preferred.
• 5+ years in construction with hands-on refrigeration/electrical/fixtures experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II) required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pipes cooler boxes and refrigeration cases, including wiring as needed.
• Install pipe hangers as directed by foreman.
• Weld and slip/hose copper pipes; assist foreman on the job.
• Support by handling cooler box coils and new supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
