CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems is seeking skilled HVAC construction professionals to join our team. You will read blueprints, lay out ductwork, and support foremen to deliver high-quality installations on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade or technical classes helpful.
• Journeyman license required per state.
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC construction.
• Knowledge of SMACNA/UMC standards.
• Familiarity with refrigeration equipment and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to guide HVAC construction.
• Layout roof penetrations and ducting per foreman.
• Assist Construction foreman on site as needed.
• Coordinate and track job schedules, labor hours, and material costs.
• Read refrigeration and electrical drawings; oversee safe work practices.
