CoolSys is seeking a Journeyman-Refrigeration technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems across diverse sites. You will follow customer specifications and code requirements while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

You will work with other technicians and project managers to ensure quality installations and timely service, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth in HVAC&R across varied environments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; EPA Type II certification.
• 3+ years in commercial refrigeration, electrical or fixtures construction.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, piping, and blueprints.
• Ability to read plans and work with hand and power tools.

Aufgaben

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Follow customer specs, codes and proper piping practices.
• Perform routine maintenance to extend system life.
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs, including refrigerant charging.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Document service activities, parts used, and conditions.
• Provide clear customer explanations and maintenance recommendations.
