Qualifications

• Certification: Type I and II technician per 40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F; must obtain within 90 days.
• Delaware electrical license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Lead planned maintenance and small projects.
• Inspect and repair equipment and hardware.
• Operate equipment and access work instructions via computer.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
