Qualifications

• Journey level skilled trades personnel in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, boiler/steam systems, and HVAC.
• Experience using installation and repair tools for plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, sheet metal, and carpentry power tools.
• Knowledge of safety precautions in operation of trade equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled journey level maintenance independently or with crew.
• Cover campus Housing and Dining Services facilities as dispatched by supervisor.
• Provide high level customer service to campus customers.
• Collaborate with RRSS and HDH teams across departments.
