Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret codes, drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with multiple trades and hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Service plumbing systems, HVAC, electrical or carpentry trades as Journeyman level.
• Maintain logs, work orders and purchase receipts; assist planning and scheduling.
• Provide on-call facility maintenance as needed.
