Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or in progress.
• Two (2) maintenance certificates or equivalent: trade school, military, or recognized certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Test electrical circuits and components for continuity using testing equipment.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, faults and materials.
• Respond to emergencies and outages as required.
