Job summary

Wind Creek Atmore seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This journeyman-level role requires hands-on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills within a casino/hospitality setting.

The candidate will document faults, perform repairs, and assist with renovations. A state license or two maintenance certificates are required, with willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have two maintenance certificates or an equivalent trade license.
• Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain tribal gaming license if required.
• Willing to work odd hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings and systems.
• Repair or replace defective equipment and wiring as needed.
• Test electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specs.
• Maintain clear records of maintenance, faults and materials used.
• Operate tools and equipment for installing and servicing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assist with renovations and general repairs as part of the maintenance team.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean work area.
