Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least one (1) year general commercial property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety standards and maintains a clean work area.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment and wiring.
• Tests electrical circuits for continuity with test equipment.
• Keeps records of faults, deficiencies, and maintenance work orders.
• Performs preventive maintenance and routine tasks on building systems.
• Inspects and maintains boilers, pipes, and ventilation components.
