Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is hiring a Technician - Maintenance II to perform general maintenance, carpentry and painting across the property. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, repairs, and coordination with other departments, with emphasis on safety and adherence to PGCB rules.

The role requires 2–4 years in facilities/maintenance, valid driver’s license, and ability to work varied shifts. Must maintain professional appearance and provide excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a facilities/maintenance department.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrates general maintenance including use of hand & power tools.
• Shows mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills including framing, millwork, drywall, and cabinet making.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and record assignments in Facilities Dude.
• Perform daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, furniture, and touch-ups across property.
• Repaint curbs, traffic stripes, and signs; maintain fences, light standards and canopies.
• Repair and repaint exterior structures, doors, and perform framing to millwork as needed.
• Hang drywall, install wall coverings, and manage remodeling tasks; dispose of hazardous waste properly.
