Qualifications

• 5 years of lineman experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work irregular hours and out-of-town assignments.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lead other linemen.
• EEI CAST TEST Required.

Responsibilities

• Construct, build and maintain OH/UG electric facilities up to 34.5KV.
• Install OH/UG transformers and wire transformer banks.
• Install and wire regulators, capacitors, and reclosers.
• Drive different sizes and types of trucks; operate bucket and digger Derrick trucks.
• Read job prints and sketches; recognize materials and their function.
• Set and climb poles; be available for on-call duty and emergencies.
