Job summary

Kauai Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Service Technician to join its growing Service Department on Kauai. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems across residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

HVAC experience and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members.
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple issues.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including installation and replacement of components.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems.
Identify problems and communicate clearly what is needed to resolve them.
Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services for customers.
Lead larger repairs and jobsites with multiple technicians when required.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used in the CRM.
