Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Licensed Journeyperson Electrician to install, repair, and maintain streetlight systems and related equipment. You will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions while working at heights from bucket trucks and scaffolding.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, and hourly with a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, life insurance, and paid time off. Some travel for storm work may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be licensed as a Journeyman Electrician through the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates & participates in electrical maintenance & repair of streetlights and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, circuits, switches, relays, lighting, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions.
• Work from heights in bucket trucks and ladders.
• Performs monthly maintenance and keeps logs of work performed.
