Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Texas seeks a Licensed Journeyperson Electrician to install, repair, and maintain streetlight systems and related equipment. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot electrical problems, and ensure safe, reliable operations from elevated work platforms.

The role requires climbing and working from heights, performing routine maintenance and testing, and coordinating with teams. Pre-employment screens apply; CDL preferred; travel may be required for storm work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician license through Florida.
• CDL license preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates & participates in electrical maintenance and repair of streetlights and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, circuits, switches, relays, lighting, and related devices.
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions and operates testing devices up to 600 Volts.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
• Perform monthly maintenance logs and reports.
