Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weld or tack weld pieces using spot, electric, or gas welding equipment.
• Unite pipes and components; adjust flame temperature and gas flow.
• Preheat pieces and prepare welds using a torch.
• Inspect pieces with straightedge to verify specifications.
• Coordinate with crane operator to lift large pieces.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE in industrial environments.
