Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States seeks skilled HVAC Technicians to support the fast-growing North America HVAC business. You will install, commission and service residential and ducted systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs, and Rooftop units.

The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and customer communication as you work with local market mechanics, participate in STA training, and provide quotes for upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with commercial or residential HVAC equipment (ducted / rooftop units).
• Experience with chillers, AHUs or related cooling systems is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and service residential and ducted HVAC equipment.
• Provide high-level service to resolve facility inefficiencies and aftersales issues.
• Prepare quotes and support upsell opportunities for customers.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and participate in STA training.
• Maintain safety standards and clearly document customer actions.
