Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking skilled HVAC technicians to support residential and ducted systems, chillers, AHUs, and roof-top units. The role includes commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket service, with factory STA training and safety focus.

You will travel 10–20% to support branch startups and service activities, write clear customer problem statements, and provide quotes. A valid EPA license and state/local credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU’s or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/ mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
• As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
