Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support North America’s fast‑growing HVAC business. This role focuses on residential and ducted systems, air cooled and water‑cooled chillers, AHUs or rooftop units.

We provide STA training with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. You’ll work with a team dedicated to safety and customer outcomes. You’ll deliver high‑level service, perform startup, commissioning, troubleshooting and aftermarket support, and may travel to

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on commercial or residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water‑cooled chillers, AHU’s or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/ mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Able to troubleshoot and repair centrifugal, air cooled chillers and associated drives.
Applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service‑related items.
As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service.
Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities.
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
