Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies seeks a Journeyman Boilermaker to construct, install, test, and repair boiler systems per plans and codes. You will use hand and power tools, install pipe and structural supports, and work safely with high-temperature equipment.

Preferred candidates have NCCER Boilermaking, Rigger, Ironworker, Pipefitting, Millwright certifications and a minimum of 4 years in boilermaking or related craft.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in boilermaker or similar craft.

Responsibilities

• Fit and install pipe systems according to plans.
• Inspect boilers, valves, and safety devices.
• Position, align, and secure components per blueprints.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
