Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in boilermaker craft and related trades.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, steam lines, and pressure vessels.
• Strong safety leadership and ability to enforce safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise craft workers to ensure safety and productivity.
• Manage scheduling, material control, and labor hours per project plans.
