UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join its fleet maintenance team. Responsibilities include maintaining delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers, with focus on diesel/gasoline propulsion systems and electrical, hydraulic, and brake components.

The role requires active driver’s license, hand tools, and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts across various schedules. Starting pay is $40.69 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Possesses a full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A or B CDL is preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Meet DOT requirements for the job assignment.
• Operate vehicles and power tools; perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain work area and comply with safety protocols.
• Report to work reliably and complete scheduled tasks.
