Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Manager, Journey Analytics to lead a team focused on understanding how customers engage with all DraftKings platforms. You will shape analytics strategy, build measurement frameworks, and translate data into actionable improvements for the player experience.

You’ll collaborate with product and operations, conduct experiments, and influence senior leadership with insights that connect across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer, business, or product analytics with actionable insights.
• At least 1 year of people management, coaching analysts and setting priorities.
• Expert SQL, ability to build scalable data assets with Data Eng teams; Python a plus.
• Strong statistical analysis and experimental design, including A/B testing.
• Experience analyzing customer behavior via segmentation, cohorts, funnels, lifecycle.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into prioritized analytics and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Journey Intelligence Team’s analytical strategy and priorities.
• Develop measurement frameworks and scalable data assets for customer behavior views.
• Conduct explorations and hypothesis-driven research to improve customer experience.
• Design and evaluate experiments to measure impact of product, promotions, and comms.
• Partner with Product and Operations to translate insights into initiatives.
• Influence senior leadership decisions by aligning teams around opportunities.
