Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC., headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Consumer Journey Specialist to map, monitor, and improve the end-to-end consumer experience across discovery, purchase, onboarding, and loyalty.

You will connect consumer feedback, behavioral data, and operational insights to reveal friction points, document current and future journeys, and drive coordinated actions with Marketing, Customer Service, Product, and IT.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in consumer or customer experience, journey mapping, or related fields.
• 3+ years in consumer or customer experience or journey mapping.
• Preferred 4+ years including lifecycle management, digital experience, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update current and future state journey maps across key consumer lifecycle stages.
• Collect and analyze feedback, behavior, and experience metrics to identify friction.
• Translate findings into concise improvement briefs and project requirements.
• Facilitate journey reviews and working sessions with cross-functional partners.
• Support prioritization of journey opportunities, maintain action plans and milestones.
• Evaluate how new tools, programs, campaigns affect the consumer journey and support launches.
• Prepare updates for leaders and stakeholders.
