Job summary

The Stryker Group in Sacramento is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow Joint Replacement accounts and support field teams across the territory.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospitals, manage product updates, and participate in education programs while developing your own account base; the role may involve hours outside standard schedules to serve patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Office and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Increase Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and growing own accounts.
• Communicate with Joint Replacement accounts on product updates and education programs.
• Learn or refine selling skills with coaching from managers.

What you will do

• Increasing Joint Replacement sales through assisting the sales teams and building own accounts by means of working with existing customers as well as identify new customers in order to grow their territory
• Communicating with current and new Joint Replacement customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs
• Learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers

What you need

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments

$75,000 – $85,000and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
