Job Summary

Joint Replacement Sales Associate – Minneapolis, MN – Stryker. The role drives joint replacement sales through customer engagement and territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Increase joint replacement sales by assisting sales teams and building own accounts.
• Communicate with current and new joint replacement customer accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs.
• Learn or hone selling skills and processes through coaching, mentoring, support from joint replacement sales representatives and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
• 4+ years of active duty military service
