Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for Joint Replacement to support a dynamic sales team. You will assist with selling and promoting Stryker products, conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, and help develop territory progress with Sales Representatives.

On-call duties and ongoing trainings ensure you remain an expert in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes customer service, building relationships with key stakeholders, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification with 2+ years related experience, or High School Diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Preferred: medical-related fields or B2B sales experience; leadership and sales internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, results-oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist with business development, track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain sample inventory.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise.

As a Joint Replacement Sales Associate, you work as part of a sales team learning and honing your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. Youmonitorterritory development andmaintainclear communication with the sales team. Our mission-driven Sales Associates will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service byassistingthe Sales Representative to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Associate’s DegreeOR Medical Certification (i.e.CST, PT, CPT etc.) AND minimum 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience

  Preferred:

  • Medical related fields or B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Sales or marketing internship
  • Collegiate extracurricular experience (e.g., student-athletes, student government, fraternity/sorority leadership, etc.)demonstratingdiscipline, teamwork, and leadership

  $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
