Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a full-time Interagency Exercise Planner / SME to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. You will design environments that integrate DIME considerations and help senior leaders with exercise planning and assessments using Government AI tools.

Requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, US citizenship, and 8 years of relevant experience in Joint or strategic-level operations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of relevant DoD/Joint operations experience preferred.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or equivalents advised.

Responsibilities

• Integrate interagency and partner capabilities into Joint training events and assessments.
• Edit Interagency Cell exercise products with proper classifications.
• Serve as Interagency Cell duty watch stander during exercise execution.
• Manage Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects and RFIs.
• Oversee Information and Knowledge Management functions.
• Lead battle rhythm meetings and capture minutes.
• Develop After-Action Reports and lessons learned using AI tools.
• Represent Interagency Cell in Joint Exercise Control Group planning and execution.
• Assist with IPC, MPC, FPC, IPRs, and synchronization meetings.
• Coordinate admin tasks like access verification and security procedures.
• Safeguard classified information per procedures.
• Produce operational assessments and recommendations for joint operations.
