Job summary

Serco is seeking a full-time Interagency Exercise Planner / Interagency Operations SME to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, Virginia. You will integrate interagency partners into Joint training events and assessments, designing realistic environments that incorporate DIME considerations and leveraging AI tools to enhance planning and readiness.

The role requires an active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility, U.S.

Qualifications

Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
U.S. citizenship.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Joint Staff/J-7 or equivalent.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Integrate interagency organizations and partner capabilities into Joint training events, exercises, and assessments.
Serve as content editor for Interagency Cell products with proper markings and formatting.
Act as Interagency Cell duty watch stander during exercise execution.
Oversee MSEL inject management, RFI handling, and information management tasks.
Develop After-Action Reports, observations, and lessons learned using Government AI tools.
Support Joint Exercise Control Group planning conferences and senior leader engagements.
