Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a full-time Interagency Exercise Planner / SME to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. You will help integrate interagency capabilities into Joint training events, exercises, and assessments, ensuring proper security classifications and thorough operational planning.

You will work with senior leaders and use Government AI tools to enhance planning, knowledge management, and readiness. TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required, and travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and relevant military/government experience.
• 8 years of relevant experience in Joint/staff or DoD contexts.

Responsibilities

• Integrate interagency orgs and partner capabilities into Joint training events and assessments.
• Serve as content editor for Interagency Cell exercise products with proper classification markings.
• Support Joint Exercise Control Group operations during planning conferences and execution.
