Together Housing Group in Calderdale is seeking a Joiner to join our team. You will provide all types of joinery repairs in tenanted and vacant properties, delivering a quality customer service as part of our maintenance service.

You will work to a 'Right First Time' ethos, manage your schedule to minimise downtime, and participate in the on-call rota. The role includes a company van, 37 hours per week, and access to LGPS pension and generous annual leave.

Competenze

• Joinery experience across repairs and maintenance.

Mansioni

• Carry out all types of Joinery repairs in tenanted and vacant properties following job tickets and specifications.
• Operate to a Right First Time ethos, aiming to complete repairs in one visit with quality workmanship.
• Organise workload efficiently, highlight over- or under-allocation, and adapt as needed.
• Participate in stand-by or call-out rota and occasional overtime.
