Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced joiner to deliver high-quality joinery repairs and multi-trade maintenance across NCHA housing properties. This remote role offers a 37-hour week with PAYE pay rate of £18.50 per hour.

You will complete repairs, carry out plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting, liaise with tenants and colleagues, manage materials, and ensure safe, timely work while keeping accurate records.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 3 Joinery or equivalent.
• Extensive joinery experience.
• Recent multi-trade experience.
• Housing/property maintenance experience.
• Health & Safety knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
