Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Northampton is seeking a permanent maintenance technician to perform reactive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.

You will deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and work Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30 with on-call duties.

NVQ3 and 18th Edition, plus a full UK driving license are essential; company van and fuel card provided, plus a 5% bonus pro rata.

Qualifications

• Must have proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties – Northampton patch.
• Repair and maintain occupied properties to a high standard.
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
