Job summary

• Ability to evaluate product capabilities and align with product strategy.
• Familiarity with contact center platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy voice agents across customer journeys.
• Oversee end-to-end conversational workflows and agent workflows.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and AI services for integration.
• Evaluate platform capabilities (NICE, Genesys, Five9) and propose improvements.
